How it works
Free dry cleaning pickup and delivery in Ankara
No need to visit the shop for dry cleaning or ironing. Build your order on the site or send a WhatsApp message and we will collect your clothes from your door anywhere in Ankara, free of charge, and bring them back cleaned and pressed in the window you choose.

Two ways: we collect, or you bring it to a branch
You choose how to hand over at the start of the order. Both ways are free and can be mixed: collect from your address and return to a branch, or drop off at a branch and have it delivered home.
We collect from your address
The courier comes to your address in the 2-hour window you choose, lists the pieces on a ticket and brings them back to the same address.

Pickup, step by step
Build your order
Add pieces to the basket from the services page; choose your address, the pickup day and a 2-hour window. You can also order by phone or WhatsApp.
Confirmation
The order summary is sent to us on WhatsApp; the order is confirmed once FSS replies. Directions or building access details go in the order note.
We collect from your door
The courier arrives in your window. We count the pieces with you and write each one on your claim ticket. Any visible stain or damage is noted.
We clean and press
Each piece is cleaned without perc, the way its fabric needs, and pressed by hand.
We bring it back
Standard orders are usually back within 24–48 hours, on hangers and in garment bags, in the delivery window you chose. You can pay on delivery in cash or by card.

If you cannot be at the address at a particular time, add it to the order note or let us know in advance and we will agree another window. You can also ask us to leave the delivery with the building caretaker or site security.
Where we collect
We offer pickup and delivery across all of Ankara. Whichever district you are in, including Çankaya, Keçiören, Yenimahalle, Etimesgut, Sincan, Mamak, Altındağ, Pursaklar and Gölbaşı, there is no extra charge for pickup or delivery.
We can collect from your home, workplace or office. If you would rather drop off yourself, you can also use our branches:

What to expect at the door
No special preparation is needed; any bag will do. Suits and evening wear can be handed over on hangers. Checking pockets are empty and pointing out stains helps us do a better job.
Your claim ticket lists every piece on its own line. At delivery you can check your clothes against the ticket, so you get back exactly what you handed over.
Cleaned clothes come back unfolded, on hangers and in garment bags, so they do not crease on the way and can go straight into your wardrobe. Curtains and bedding are delivered pressed too.
Where is my order?
With your order number you can see the stage your order is at: picked up, cleaning, ready, on the way, delivered. For now the tracking page keeps your order summary on your device and prepares a one-tap WhatsApp message to ask for the status.
Why use pickup and delivery?
Instead of driving to the dry cleaner, looking for parking and racing opening hours, your clothes are collected from your door. For bulky or frequently cleaned items such as suits, coats and curtains, that saves real time.
Pickup gets the same care as a drop-off at the branch: the same ticket, the same stain pre-treatment and the same hand pressing. The only difference is that we do the travelling.

Pickup and delivery questions
Is there any charge for pickup or delivery?
No. Pickup and delivery are free; you only pay for cleaning and pressing. We give you the price before any cleaning starts.
Which districts do you cover?
All of Ankara. We collect and deliver in every district, including Çankaya, Keçiören, Yenimahalle, Etimesgut, Sincan, Mamak, Altındağ, Pursaklar and Gölbaşı.
How do I choose a pickup time?
You pick a 2-hour window every day 08:30–19:30 when you order. Same-day pickup needs enough lead time before the window starts; windows that are no longer available are shown as closed.
What if I cannot be at the address?
Add it to the order note or let us know in advance and we will agree another window. We can also leave the delivery with the building caretaker if you ask.
Can you collect from my home and return to a branch?
Yes. Pickup place and return place are chosen separately: collect from home and return to a branch, or drop off at a branch and deliver home.
How do I pay?
You can pay on delivery in cash or by card; you mark your preference when you order.
